简单介绍了我国的招投标制度,分析了我国现有的招标方式及国外常用的招标方式,重点探讨了工程项目总承包招标方式的应用,总结了国内外建设工程评标方法的相关内容,以供相关人员研究参考。
The paper introduces the bidding system in China,analyzes the bidding ways in China and some foreign countries,explores the application of the whole contracting bidding ways in the engineering programs,and sums up the evaluation methods in engineering programs at home and abroad,so as to provide reference to research personnel.
