摘要
探讨了原住民保护的意义所在,同时对现状原住民外迁的原因——外部力量介入、生活环境恶化以及游客的入侵等进行了梳理,并提出了有限疏散老城、改善环境、限制游客、保障原住民就业等对策。
The paper explores the significance of the protection of the indigenous people,indicates the reasons for the current emigration of the indigenous people,including the intervention of external power,the deterioration of living environment,and the invasion of tourists,and points out the strategies,such as the limited evacuation old city,the improvement of environment,the limitation of tourists,and guarantee of the employment among the indigenous people.
