摘要
目的通过护理干预对更年期妇女血糖血压异常者进行干预,观察其血糖、血压的影响。方法对2008年6月-12月坪山新区社区妇科普查4620名妇女符合条件的462名更年期妇女进行早期护理干预。结果通过干预后糖尿病及糖耐量低减更年期妇女护理干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区更年期妇女对更年期知识普遍缺乏,自我保健意识较差,加强社区护理干预,督促患者改变不良的生活习惯,有利于提高妇女保健意识和能力。
Objective Of nursing intervention on blood pressure in menopausal women with abnormal glucose intervention,to observe the blood sugar and blood pressure.Methods In June 2008 to 12 months community gynecology Greeting 4620 census 462 women eligible for early menopausal women,nursing intervention.Results After the intervention by diabetes and low carbohydrate tolerance and reduce menopausal women who nursing intervention was statistically significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusion Community menopausal women on menopause general lack of knowledge,poor self-care awareness,strengthen community nursing intervention,urging patients to change unhealthy habits,will help improve women′s health awareness and ability.
