摘要
针对制造业企业工艺创新测度评价指标信息的不完全性和不确定性,研究了制造业企业工艺创新的测度评价问题,给出了基于信息公理的多指标模糊信息量计算方法的实现过程,建立了模糊信息量的多指标模糊测度评价模型.该模型综合考虑了测度评价过程中的点值信息与区间数信息,从整体的角度获得最优结果.最后,应用多指标模糊测度评价模型,对制造企业A、B、C的工艺创新能力进行了评价,验证了该模型能够有效减少信息流失,从整体的角度对评价结果进行优选,具有有效性和可操作性.
Incompleteness of information gathered and uncertainty about the intervals between measurements renders appraisal procedures in manufacturing enterprises unreliable.To improve analysis,the measuring and appraisal methods applied to process innovation in manufacturing enterprises were studied.An information axiom necessary for axiomatic design was developed,using a computing method appropriate for information content with fuzzy intervals.Then,an optimized multi-attribute fuzzy measuring and appraisal model that accommodates data with fuzzy intervals was proposed.Optimization was then measured in the system,if there was accurate interval information.Finally,process innovations in three manufacturing enterprises were evaluated using the proposed model.The results proved that this model can effectively reduce information loss,choose the optimized appraisal result as a whole,so it is both efficient and practical for analysis of data and judging results.
