摘要
网络开放性、匿名性、平等性以及信息传播的快速性极大地激发了公众网络表达意见和监督政府的主动性。现代网络政治参与已经成为与现实社会紧密联系的一种隐性的权力。科学认识我国现实政治生态下网络政治参与的动机与规律,对于制定有效的应对策略具有重要的现实意义。
The network ＇ s openness, anonymity, equality of access and rapid dissemination of information networks has greatly stimulated the network expression of public opinion and monitoring the government＇s initiative. Political participation has become a modem network of social reality closely as a hidden power. Scientific understanding the motives and rules of network political participation in the political environment in China, to develop effective coping strategies has important practical significance.
