摘要
把一个社会作为一个经济体来看,判断这个经济体是否运行良好,要考察它的社会成本的耗费与社会价值的产出之间的关系。投资的增加、劳动投入的扩大和技术进步并不是经济增长的原因,它们本身就是增长的结果。真正决定增长的是制度,而且是有利于人的发展、能够提供适当给人刺激的有效制度。正确的社会经济发展理念,应该是以人为交汇的核心,使社会经济发展围绕着人来展开。
Taking a society as an economic entity, the point to measure its performance is to make sure the relation between social cost and social outcome.Increase of the investment, expansion of the labor input and technology improvement are not the reasons of economic growth but the outcome of it.The key is the system, which is good for human development and encourages people to develop.The right idea for social economy development is to take people as the core and make social economic development be human-oriented.
