摘要
中医骨伤科学教学中普遍存在一些教学与临床脱节的问题,特别是类似疾病的鉴别。石印玉教授在长期的骨伤科教学实践中提出了"鉴别比较教学法",非常贴近临床实践。并以膝骨关节炎的诊疗为例,介绍鉴别比较教学法的应用。
There are some problems of separation between teaching and practice in teaching of orthopedics and traumatology of TCM, particularly in the identification of similar diseases. In the long-term practice of teaching, Professor Shi Yinyu proposed "the teaching method of differentiation and comparison", which is very close to the clinical practice. This paper introduces the teaching method of differentiation and comparison in the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis as example.
