摘要
目的探讨输精管复通术后影响患者复育的相关因素。方法选择在我院行输精管复通术资料完整的31例患者,总结其手术方法、年龄、病程、抗精子抗体与患者复育的关系,并作统计学分析。结果显微外科输精管吻合术较传统输精管吻合术能提高手术的成功率(P<0.05);抗精子抗体与复育力无关(P>0.05);年龄和病程影响患者的复育力(P<0.05)。结论年龄和病程是影响输精管复通术后患者复育力的主要因素。
Objective To explore the correlative factors of fertility recovery after vasovasostomy.Methods The clinical data of 31 cases after vasovasostomy were statistically reviewed.The surgical methods,age,course of diseases,antisperm antibody and their relation to the fertility recovery were summarized here,and the statistical analysis were conducted.Results Microsurgical vasectomy can improve the successful rate （P0.05）,there was no relationship between antisperm antibody and fertility recovery （P0.05）,and age and the course of disease can affect the fertility recovery （P0.05）.Conclusion Age and the course of disease are the main factors contributing to the fertility recovery after vasovasostomy.
