摘要 目的研究正常育龄妇女月经周期中雌激素变化对CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)水平的影响。方法采用流式细胞术检测20例正常育龄妇女月经周期中不同时期外周血Treg细胞水平;同时采用放射免疫法(RIA)检测外周血中雌激素水平,并分析两者相关性。结果 Treg细胞水平随雌激素的变化而波动,Treg细胞及雌激素水平在月经周期第13天最高,分别为[(20.72±2.24)%、(204.27±24.01)ng.L-1],在月经周期第3天最低,分别为[(11.27±1.23)%、(37.90±8.94)ng.L-1](均P<0.05);Treg细胞水平与雌激素水平呈正相关(r=0.615,P<0.005)。结论雌激素对体内Treg细胞的表达有调节作用。 Objective to investigate whether CD4+CD25+ regulatory T (Treg) cell were modulated during the menstrual cycle by estrogen. Methods Treg cell in peripheral blood in dif- ferent days in menstrual cycle of 20 health women has been detected by flow cytometry,at the same time,serum levels of estrogen has been detected by RIA,and then analyzed the association between them. Results The Treg cell fluctuate with the estrogen, Treg cell and estragen levels were at the highest on the 13 th day, each of them is (20.72±2.24)%、(204.27±24.01)ng.L-1 ;Treg cell and estrogen levels were at the lowest on the 3th day,each of them is ((11.27±1.23)%、(37.90±8.94)ng.L-1 (each P〈0.05). There was correlation between Treg cell with estrogen level (r=0. 615,P〈0. 005). Conclusion Estrogen could affect the expression of Treg cell in the body.
