摘要
目的：制备兰索拉唑肠溶片。方法：应用正交试验设计进行片心处方筛选。结果：所筛选的片心处方制备成的肠溶片体外溶出与国外兰拉唑肠溶胶囊溶出结果类似。结论：用所筛选的处方制备的肠溶片符合设计要求。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare lansoprazole enteric tablets.METHODS:The formulation of lansoprazole tablet was selected by screening with the method of orthogonal design.RESULTS:No significant difference was observed between the dissolution result of lansoprazole enteric tablets and lansoprazole enteric capsules abroad.CONCLUSION:The enteric tablets prepared according to the selected formulation accorded with the demands of design and were suitable for clinical use.
