摘要
系统以Atmega128单片机作为核心处理器,结合16位精度的模数转换器ADS1110进行光强信号采样,运用朗伯-比尔定律为原理的光学分析法,实现了精确吸样,光路选择及恒温控制,并最终提高了测试稳定性和可靠性,完成了本简易半自动生化分析仪的设计。
For this systerm,Atmega128 microcontroller as the core processor, combined with 16-bit precision ADC ADS1110 to sample light intensity signal,the use of Lambert - Beer law for the principle of optical analysis,to achieve a precise suction sample,light path selection and temperature control,and ultimately improve the stability and reliability of the test to complete this simple semiautomatic biochemical analyzer design
