摘要
采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)测量了板坯结晶器水模内气泡的速度分布。结果表明,结晶器内气泡的运动分为33个区域,即射流区、上回流区和下回流区,其速度在3个区域内依次减小。在上回流区从窄边至水口附近,气泡的轴向速度先减小后增加,径向速度先增加后减小。在下回流区,随着与射流流股距离的增加,气泡的负向速度逐渐减小,正向速度逐渐增加,形成一个明显的回流区;对于同一截面,气泡的径向速度变化比较平缓。
Speed distribution of bubbles movement in water model of slab continuous casting water cooling mold was measured by Particle Image Velocimetry (PLY). The results show that the major bubble distribution region comprises the jet zone, the upper vortex zone and the lower vortex zone. The speeds of bubbles in three regions decrease in turn. In the upper vortex zone, the axial velocity of bubbles first increase and then decrease, and the radial velocity of bubbles firstly decrease and then increase from narrow edge to entry nozzle. In the lower vortex zone, as the distance of jet flow increases, the negative velocity of bubbles decrease gradually and the positive velocity increase gradually so as to form a obvious recirculation region. For the same section, the radial velocity distribution of bubbles is gentle.
