摘要
目的研究温度变化与道路结构内温度应力的关系对不同季节时的道路各结构层的影响.方法采用有限单元法对路面结构的二维平面模型进行模拟沥青路面温度场,并将路面温度作为外部荷载与结构进行耦合.对路面结构在日周期温度作用下的温度场和应力场进行系统地分析.结果总结出不同季节沥青路面的温度以及温度应力的变化规律.冬季时节路表温度应力幅度约为0.45 MPa,夏季时节路表的温度应力变化的幅度高达0.95 MPa.夏季和冬季比较,夏季炎热的时间段对路面更容易产生破坏.结论冬季温度变化对沥青路面的影响仅限于路表,基层及以下土层处于稳定的受拉状态,夏季炎热季节温度变化对路面的影响较大,较大反复的压应力对路面结构是一个比较严重的破坏过程.
Through analyzing of temperature filed, temperature gradient and stress behavior of the pavement between high and low temperature season in the northeast, and carrying on FEM via the coupling of temperature filed and structural heat stress, this paper figures out the effects of each structural layer of road by temperature of different season. Simulated finite element model of the two - dimensional plain strain by finite element software ANSYS. Then this paper carries on the simulation to the asphalt pavement temperature field, and takes the road surface node temperature as the external load and the structure to process the coupling. Thus analyzes the pavement structure under the diurnal period temperature function's temperature field and the stress field systematically. Finally this paper summarizes the asphalt pavement temperature mechanism in different season of the northeast. The influences to the asphalt pavement caused by temperature changes are just on the pavement. The basic layer and soil horizon which below the basic layer are under the tensile force steady. The great changes of the temperature play a key role to the ground surface in summer. The greater reverse compressive stress on the pavement structure is a severe damage.
