黄河三角洲建设视域中的东营市外语人才开发

摘要 2009年,黄河三角洲开发上升为国家战略。东营市作为黄河三角洲开发的主战场,急需大批既懂得开发建设又精通外语的复合型人才,以适应新的发展形势需要。黄河三角洲开发建设,将对管理型外语人才、技术型外语人才、商务外语人才和旅游外语人才产生更大的需求。而目前,东营市外语人才发展存在总量不足、分布不平衡、知识结构不合理、开发机制不健全等问题。地方政府应当从战略高度制定外语人才战略规划,加快引进复合型外语人才,创新外语人才的培养模式,优化外语人才成长环境,以满足城市当前及将来的发展需要。 The development of the Yellow River Delta became a national strategy in 2009. As the main field of this national strategy, Dongying needs a great many inter-disciplinary talents who not only comprehend development and construction but can also master a foreign language, which is the demand of the current situation. Insufficiency in total number, unbalanced distribution, irrational construction of knowledge and improper developing mechanism become the main problems for the foreign language talents in Dongying. In the mean time, the development of the Yellow River Delta must bring about greater demands for supervisory, technical, commercial and tourism foreign language talents. It is of vital importance to work out a strategic planning as to how to accelerate the introduction of inter-disciplinary foreign language talents, innovate the training pattern of foreign language talents and better their growth environment, hereby to meet the needs of city development presently and in the future.
