摘要
2008年第七届村委会选举中,在C乡相同制度设计之下产生的两位女主职,她们曾有着极为相似的经历,结果却大相径庭:一个工作得心应手,另一个上任不到三个月就被迫停职。按照社会学的因果分析法,在此案例中"果"就是一个成功、一个失败。出现这种差异的不可忽视的一个原因是社会资本。
In the seventh village committee elecction of 2008, two female officials emerged under the same system of township C. They had similar experiences but different endings: onewas capable of her job while the other was forced to leave office less than three months. Due to the causal method of sociology, the result is one success and one failure. The reason lies in social capital and follows the logic of the coordination of research device and research obeject.
