摘要
提出了在船舶电力系统实现节能的一项新技术──电网频率、电压协同下降的运行方式通过理论分析和大量实验，论证这种方式的可行性与经济性．
This paper puts forward a kind of new energy-saving technique applied in marine power-supply system,the frequency and voltage of power network are reduced in coordination , and expounds the feasibility and economy of such way by theoretical analysis and a large number of tests.
