摘要
针对目前地震勘探野外采集方法越来越强化、投资有限的现状,阐述了地震勘探项目在实施过程中技术与经济结合的紧迫性、必要性,以及技术经济一体化的运作方式和工作流程;详细论述了技术经济一体化对承包商的作用,认为技术的可行性要建立在投资能够承受的基础上,不能过分地追求技术而忽略了投资的承受能力,从而减少地震勘探项目在实施过程中价格方面的矛盾。
In view of the increasing intensification and limited investment status of field acquisition methods of seismic exploration,this paper expounds that it is urgent and necessary to integrate technology with economy during the implementation of seismic exploration projects,as well as the function mode and work flow of techno-economic integration.It in details discusses the significance of technoeconomic integration to contractors,considering that the technological feasibility should be based on investment available,not laying too much emphasis on technologies.Thereby price contradictions in project implementation could be reduced.
