摘要
文章对商业体育比赛中观众消费者的权益范围进行了界定,全面分析了权益侵犯的表现,提出健全保护商业体育比赛观众消费者权益的相关措施。
This paper researches the infringement and protection on the rights and interests of the audience consumers in commercial sports games. It aims at finding the action that the rights and interests of the audience consumers in commercial sports games are infringed, as well as the reason of this action. And pertinent strategies on how to protect the rights and interests of the audience consumers will be put forward. This paper delimits scope of the rights and interests of the audience consumers, and completely analyzes the behavior of infringement. And it brings forward some effective measures such as perfecting relative laws and regulations, improving the quality of service and right protection consciousness in commercial sports games, and guiding athletes' correct pursuit of value.
