术中输液对腹部手术患者皮肤强啡肽A表达的影响

摘要 目的通过免疫组织化学方法对比观察外科手术中应用晶体液与胶体液对皮肤强啡肽A表达的影响。方法 30例择期在全身麻醉下行腹部手术患者随机分为晶体组(n=13)和胶体组(n=17)。两组均于开放静脉后给予10 mL/kg负荷量乳酸林格液,随后晶体组以8 mL/(kg.h)维持输液,胶体组以同样方式输入羟乙基淀粉液(130/0.4)。分别于手术开始时和术毕前采集手术切口缘皮肤组织0.5 cm×2 cm,采用免疫组织化学方法检测皮肤强啡肽A的表达。结果无论胶体组还是晶体组,手术开始时(液体治疗前)皮肤中均有大面积强啡肽A表达,术毕时(液体治疗后)强啡肽A表达阳性面积均明显减少,平均灰度值降低(P<0.01),但两组液体治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术中输液治疗,手术结束时皮肤强啡肽A的表达与术前相比明显减少,但术中不同液体治疗方式对皮肤强啡肽A表达并无不同影响。
