摘要
知识型员工是高科技组织核心竞争力的主要构成要素。以某研究所知识型员工为研究对象,通过设计调查问卷,采用工作要素综合评价法进行了满意度的实地测评,分析了影响满意度的关键因素,并对统计特征因素与满意度之间的关系进行了研究,提出了改进知识型员工满意度的建议。
Knowledge workers are the core competition element of high science and technology organizations. Through the investigation questionnaire, the knowledge workers’ satisfaction who are from a research institute was measured by the way of work factors general evaluation. The key factors were analyzed which affects satisfaction, the relations of statistics characteristic factors with the satisfaction were studied, and then the suggestions on improving the knowledge workers’ satisfaction were represented.
