摘要
采用Oleophobol有机氟拒水拒油整理剂对腈氯纶/棉混纺织物进行整理,优化后的工艺条件为:Oleophobol整理剂60 g/L,交联剂20 g/L,渗透剂JFC 1 g/L,100℃预烘3 min,150℃焙烘3 min,整理后织物获得良好的拒水拒油性能,接触角为137.4°,拒油等级可达8级,且自身的阻燃性能和强力变化较小。
Oil- and water-repellent finish was carried out on modacrylic/cotton blended fabric with organic fluorine oil- and water-repellent agent Oleophobol. Optimum process was Oleophobol 60 g/L, crosslinking agent 20 g/L, penetrating agent JFC 1 g/L,drying at 100℃ for 3 minutes and curing at 1.50℃ for 3 minutes. The finished fabric featured good oil- and water-repel- lent property with 137.4° contact angle, 8-level oil repellent and little change in flame retardancy and strength.
