摘要
建立了电子量化式班组绩效考核机制,依据安全生产、工作业绩、基础管理及培训、劳动纪律、精神文明建设等指标,设立"员工对话框"、"考核组对话框",以形成送审、考核、沟通、反馈的闭环绩效考核系统,保证了绩效考评的公平、公正、公开性。
An electronic quantization assessment mechanism about team achievements is set up.According to the indexes of safe production,working achievements,basic management and training,personnel labour discipline and spiritual civilization etc.,the"member dialogue frame"and the"assessor group dialogue frame"are set up to form a close loop assessment system,comprising submission,examination,communication and feed back links,to achieve open,fair and just assessment.
