曹妃甸新区的开发与建设,引入大量的资本投入,带来更多的就业机会。本文从分析曹妃甸新区专业技能人才需求状况入手,对技工学校与曹妃甸新区建设对接过程进行了总结,并对加强和改进技工教育提出自己的见解和建议。
The exploration and development of Caofeidian new district will have a big amount of capital input,and also more job opportunities.This paper aims to arouse social attention to professional skilled talents,guide the readers to gain further realization on technician education,and also put forward the suggestions and wishes to the technician education.
