摘要
坡改梯工程作为水土保持生态环境的一项重要建设内容,在治理水土流失、改善生产条件、增加群众收入方面,起着极其重要作用。对坡改梯工程在土石山区水土保持生态环境建设及农业经济发展中的地位与作用进行了分析探讨,并提出一些建设性意见,以引起对长江流域水土保持生态环境建设中坡改梯工程的进一步关注与重视。
Slope to terrace is an important part of water conservancy and ecological environment construction,particularly,in the aspects of soil and water loss control,production condition improvement and famers′s income increase.The role of slope to terrace in water conservancy,ecological environment construction and rural economic development of earth-rocky mountainous area is anlyzed and discussed and some constructive understandings are provided to arouse further attention on the role of slope to terrace in the construction of soil-water conservation and ecological protection in the Yangtze River Basin.
