摘要
我国的水土保持工作一直以来都是以防治农村山区的水土流失为重点,而忽视了城市的水土流失防治。针对这种情况,以云南省楚雄市的水土保持工作为例,分析了城市水土流失的特点及危害,阐述了城市水土保持工作的意义,总结了城市水土保持与生态建设的工程与非工程措施。指出:城市水土保持工作不是简单地防治水土流失,而是应该与城市建设规划、水资源利用、防洪排涝、绿化、旅游观光、休闲等结合起来,以利于城市的经济社会发展和人民生活水平的提高。
The soil and water conservation in China is always emphatically implemented in rural and mountainous areas;however,it is often neglected in urban areas.In the light of the status,taking the soil and water conservation in Chuxiong City of Yunnan Province as an example,we analyze the characteristics and harmfulness of soil-water loss,describe the significance of soil and water conservation,and summarize its structural and non-structural measures in the city.It is indicated that the conservation is not simply the control of soil-water loss,but should be combined with urban construction planning,water resources utilization,flood control and waterlogging drainage,urban afforestation,sightseeing,recreation and so on to promote the development of urban society and economy and improvement of people′s living standard.
