摘要
利用西门子S7-200PLC,提出了一种适合PLC控制的简易离散PID控制算法,完成纸机蒸汽箱的蒸汽温度和压力控制及其它控制功能。该系统提高了蒸汽箱的控制功能和使用效果,具有较高的推广应用价值。
A kind of simple discrete PID control algorithm suitable for PLC was put forward by using the SIEMENS S7-200PLC. The steam temperature and pressure control and other control functions of steam box were realized. The control function and effect of usefulness of the steam box were improved by the system. So this system has better promotion and application value.
