摘要
针对溪洛渡坝区可能出现的气温骤降模式,运用正交设计试验理论,以坝体混凝土不同部位保温材料为影响因素,抗裂安全系数为指标,进行有限元数值试验,提出了推荐的保温方案。坝体表层混凝土温度及应力分布、典型点应力历程、表层混凝土的成熟度等的分析结果表明:推荐的保温措施能明显减小表层混凝土温度梯度及拉应力;保温引起的蓄热温升能增加表层混凝土的成熟度,增强其早期抗裂能力。由此说明,推荐的保温方案是合理的。
Considering to the possible cold wave in Xiluodu Hydropower Station area,a numerical experiment was carried out by using finite element method.The experiment was designed based on the orthogonal test theory and considering the use of protective material on concrete surface,and the evaluation criterion is the coefficient of crack resistance.According to the results,a protective measure was proposed.The application of measure shows that the temperature gradient and tensile stress of concrete surface is significantly lowered,the heat accumulation caused by the surface protection can increase the maturity of concrete and enhance the anti-cracking ability of early age concrete.
