摘要
企业伦理缺失行为给消费者和社会带来巨大损害,也影响着企业的声誉和存亡。企业伦理缺失,可以归结为制度、政府、社会环境、消费者、企业五个层面的原因。减少和防止企业伦理缺失,需要多层次、多角度进行企业伦理和社会道德的共建。
The behavior of enterprise ethics deficiency is harmful to consumers and the society,and it makes great influence to the enterprise fame and its survival or perishing.The enterprise ethics deficiency can be concluded into five categories： systems,governments,society environments,consumers and enterprises.The decrease and prevention to the enterprise ethics deficiency lies in the construction of enterprise ethics and the society morality on the multi-level or from the multi-angle.
