摘要
实施双语教学是高校教学改革的一项新举措,是高校教师在改革开放新形势下面临的新课题。阐述了在食品科学与工程学科实施双语教学的迫切性及双语教学目前存在的问题。认为通过对启发互动教学方式在双语教学中的应用和借助多媒体教学手段,可以提高学生对双语教学的兴趣,保证双语教学的质量和效率。
The implementation of bilingual teaching is a new reform of college teaching and a new topic in this new situation of reform and opening up.The paper discusses the urgency of implementing bilingual teaching and problems existing in bilingual education.It points out that the application of inspiring-interactive teaching style in combination with the use of multimedia teaching means can arouse university students＇ interest in bilingual teaching and and ensure the quality and efficiency of the bilingual education.
