摘要
为合理设计钢铁企业冷却烧结机的风压,对风压基本参数——烧结机烧结冷却阻力进行了理论推导,建立了阻力计算的数学模型,并基于C++Builder开发了相应于模型的计算程序.通过实例对程序和算法进行了验证.结果表明,计算结果与实际相符,说明模型正确.该计算程序简单明了,可广泛应用于冶金行业进行烧结机烧结冷却阻力的计算.
In order to design reasonably the wind's pressure of the ironore sinter machine of the iron and steel enterprise,the cooling resistance of the iron-ore sinter machine,which is a basic parameter of the wind pressure,was theoretically deduced,and the machematical models about resistants' calculation was established,and the calculation program was designed based on C++ Builder.The procedure and arithmetic was tested by an example.The results show that the mathematical model is reliable,and the calculational result is consistant with the actual data.The procedure is simple and can be widely used to the calculation about the sintering cooling resistance in metallurgical industry.
