摘要
目的分析川芎嗪对脑梗塞的疗效。方法将脑梗塞患者分成２组，观察组为１２６０例，每天静脉滴注川芎嗪４００ｍｇ；对照组为２００例，每天静滴１２０ｍｇ川芎嗪，每疗程２１天。结果川芎嗪的临床效果和血液粘度改变两组之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。观察组的临床效果和血液粘度的改善比治疗组好。结论大剂量川芎嗪治疗脑梗塞可获得显著的临床效果，并无任何副反应。
Objective To analyse the effectiveness of Chuan Xiong Qin on cerebral infarction.Method Patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,observation group included 1260 cases who had taken 400mg Chuan Xiong Qin by intravenous drip per day;control group included 200 cases who had taken 120mg daily.A treatment course included 21 days.Results The clinical effect of Chuan Xiong Qin and the change of blood viscosity had significant differences between two groups( P <0.01),the clinical effectiveness and improvement of blood viscosity of observation group were better than that of control group. Conclusions High dose Chuan Xiong Qin to treat cerebral infarction may achieve obvious effect and no any side reation.It is worthy to extend clinically.
