摘要
目的调查分析笔者所在医院门诊药房处方质量,以使减少用药差错或失误,促使和提高门诊合理用药。方法随机抽取笔者所在医院2009年门诊处方12 000张,按《处方管理办法》中的要求对处方的基本指标情况,一般项目,处方用药适宜性等进行分析评价。结果筛选出不合格处方518张,占总数的4.32%,分别表现在一般项目不合格处方351张(占2.93%),用药适宜性不合格处方167张(占1.39%)。结论笔者所在医院门诊用药基本合理,但对用药适宜性仍值得研究,应执行《处方管理方法》,严格把好处方审查关,提高处方质量,保证安全合理用药。
Objective To review the quality of outpatient prescriptions in order to reduce the medication errors/fault and promote outpatient rational drug use. Methods 12 000 prescriptions were randomly selected from Liangxiang hospital for analysis of basic indicators, general data and the suitability of drug use in accordance with the criteria of Prescription Manage- ment Method. Results 518 （4.32%） were unqualified ,351 （2.93%） were unqualified in general items and 167 （ 1.39% ） were unqualified in the suitability of drug use. Conclusion The outpatient drug use in Liangxiang hospital is rational on the whole,while the suitability of drug use remains to be studied further. Prescription Management Methodshould be put into prac- tice and the examination of prescriptions should be strict so as to enhance the quality of the outpatient prescriptions and ensure safe and rational drug use.
