摘要
目的:研究TGF-α、TGF-β1在胰腺癌组织中表达的变化及与胰腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:免疫组织化学SABC法检测41例胰腺癌组织和12例正常胰腺组织中TGF-α、TGF-β1的表达情况,并分析其与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、组织分级和病理分期(UICC)等临床病理特征的相关性。结果:41例胰腺癌组织中TGF-α、TGF-β1的阳性表达率分别为73.2%、%,例正常胰腺组织中63.412TGF-α、β1的阳性表达率分别为16.7%、TGF-25.0%,组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-α2的表达与胰腺癌患者年龄、性别及肿瘤部位、大小、组织分级、病理分期均无关(P>0.05);TGF-β1的表达与胰腺癌患者年龄、性别及肿瘤部位、大小、组织分级无关(P>0.05),但与病理分期相关(P=0.021)。结论:TGF-α和TGF-β1在胰腺癌组织中高表达,TGF-β1与胰腺癌病理分期相关。
Objective:To explore the expression of TGF-α,TGF-β1 in the tissues of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and normal pancreas,and study the changes and the relationships with the clinicopathological parameters of pancreatic adenocarcinomas.Methods:The expressions of the TGF-α,TGF-β1 were assayed in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded samples of 41 patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma and 12 normal pancreatic tissues by means of SABC immunohistochemistry.The relationships between the expression and clinical parameters were analysied,such as ages,gender,tumor size,location,degree of differentiation and stage(UICC).Results:The positive rate of TGF-α,TGF-β1 were73.2%,63.4% respectively in pancreatic adenoeareinoma and were16.7 %,25% respectively in normal pancreatic tissues.Significant differences were found between the two groups(P0.05).In pancreatic adenocarcinoma,the expression of TGF-β1 in different TNM staging were significantly different(P=0.0210.05).The expression of TGF-α was no significant difference of all above clinical parameters.Conclusions:Overexpression of TGF-α,TGF-β1 is found in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.The expression of TGF-β1 in pancreatic cancer tissues is related to the tumor stage.
