摘要
在铝加工行业的精整机组中,常常遇到厚铝板在机组中穿带,厚铝板一般硬度较大,头部板形不好,靠手工穿带很困难,因此,我们开发了半自动专用焊接机焊接。本文就是讲述半自动专用焊接机的组成、原理、焊接试验及实际应用。
It is hard to thread for thick aluminum strip in the finishing line because of poor strip end quality.Here we introduce a kind of semiautomatic welding machine to solve this problem.This paper discusses the principle,makeup,experiment and application of the special welding machine.
