摘要
通过７具尸体、１４侧胸壁的解剖观察，描述了肋间血管的解剖，以及皮肤穿支的供血范围，分布、部位等。临床用于６２例手指撕脱伤患者，取得良好效果。证实侧胸壁皮瓣能较好地满足手的外形和功能要求。
