微波法制备三角锥形碘化亚铜微纳米晶体 被引量:3

The Microwave Synthesis of Tetrahedral-shaped Micro-nanocrystalline CuI

摘要 在微波条件下,以乙醇为反应介质,用铜片和碘单质为原料制备碘化亚铜微纳米晶体,分别用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得的碘化亚铜微纳米晶体的晶型和形貌进行了表征,并考察了浓度、反应时间和微波功率对产物形貌和粒径的影响,最终确定合成规则三角锥形CuI的最佳条件。 Micro-nanocrystalline CuI was prepared by the microwave method using ethanol as solvent and copper foil and iodine as raw materials.The crystal and morphology of micro-nanocrystalline CuI were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The influence of solvents,reaction time and microwave power on the morphology and particle size of the products was investigated.The optimal conditions for the preparation of regular tetrahedral-shaped CuI were obtained.
