摘要
文章运用两段法渗碳碳含量分布方程,建立了包含7个变量和10个约束条件的数学模型,运用计算机辅助设计(CAD)方法对渗碳参数进行优化,并编制了一套系统软件,在确保热处理质量的前提下,大幅度缩短了渗碳时间,为制订工艺渗碳提供可靠的依据。
On the basis of carbon-concentration distribution equation for two-stage gas carbonization,this paper introduces a mathematic model which involves ten constraint conditions and seven variables.The processing parameters of carbonization are optimized by computer-aided design(CAD) technique,and a software system is created.Conclusions are made that this system can not only improve the quality of heat treatment,but also reduce the carbonization time,which lays a foundation for technology in this respect.
