摘要
利用ASPENPLUS软件,模拟计算了某炼油厂重催装置中吸收塔的工况数据及其流体力学状况。结果表明,当塔的吸收负荷增加后吸收操作即进入液泛状态,为此提出了塔板结构的改造方案即增大塔盘的开孔率以满足塔的高负荷运行及规定的分离要求。
Based on the ASPEN PLUS software, the calculation of case data and hydromechanics conditions of absorbing tower of RFCC unit have been performed. The result shows that absorbing operation will become abnormal, with the load of tower increased, Thus a reasonable reform scheme for plate structure, which the rate of hole in tower plate is raised, has been proposed to satisfy the demonds of increasing load and seperation standard.
