摘要
目的探讨卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT表现及诊断价值。方法对17例经手术病理证实的卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果肿瘤均为单发,瘤体较大,密度多均匀可伴囊变,形态可为椭圆形、类圆形或不规则形,境界清楚,常合并腹水。结论 CT能清楚显示肿瘤部位、内部结构及有关特征,诊断价值较高。
Objective To study the findings and the diagnostic value of CT for ovarian thecoma.Methods The CT features in 17 cases of with ovarian thecoma proved by operation.were analyzed retrospectively.Results The CT showed that tumor were presented as the following features ：single in lesion,large size,homogenous density with cystic lesions,in the shapes of the cyst ellipse,oval and irregularity,well demarcated and often with asites.Conclusion As position and pathological changers of the tumors can be imaged clearly,CT plays an important role in diagnosing them.
