摘要
针对分散区块产出稠油的加热问题,叙述了采用不同加热方式进行单井原油储罐加热的工作原理,计算了不同加热方案进行锅炉设计时所需的钢材耗量,分析认为采用烟气直接加热是单井原油储罐的最佳加热方式。基于计算分析结果,提出了采取分体式直接加热方式进行单井原油储罐加热系统的设计建议。
In allusion to heating issue of heavy oil produced in scattered blocks,work principle of heating for single-well oil tank with different heating methods is described. Steel consumption needed for boiler design in different heating scenarios is calculated. Analysis result shows that fume direct heating is the best heating method for single-well oil tank. Based on calculation and analysis results,design suggestion to adopt split direct heating method for heating system of single-well oil tank is proposed.
