摘要
油基压裂液具有对地层伤害小、摩阻小、返排快、造缝能力强、携砂量大、适用油层温度范围广等特点,倍受国内外关注。该文介绍了XP-9801油基压裂液的组成,对压裂液的耐温性能、耐温抗剪切性能、流变性能、摩阻性能、滤失性能以及破胶性能进行了研究。当剪切速率为170s-1,XP-9801有机磷酸酯增稠剂的浓度为2.0%时,配制的原油基压裂液耐温高于110℃;当温度在30~110℃范围内时,以剪切速率170s-1剪切60min,其最大粘度为328.4mPas;原油基压裂液在110℃时的造壁滤失系数一般小于5×10-4/min1/2,并且随着增稠剂浓度的增大而变小;通过调节破胶剂浓度可控制冻胶体系破胶时间,当破胶剂浓度为22%~35%时,冻胶体系破胶时间为6~12h,其粘度下降到与基液粘度相当的水平。研究表明XP-9801原油基压裂液具有适用温度范围广和性能稳定等优点,适用于对地层温度较高的低渗透油田进行压裂改造。
Oil base fracturing fluid is paid attention at home and abroad with its advantages of
less formation damage, less resistance, quick backwash, strong width generation ability, great
sand carried ability and suitable for wide range of tempreature. This paper presents the
components of XP 9801 oil base fracturing fluid and researches on its heat proof, shear
resistance, rheology, frictional resistance, filtration properties and gel breaking property. As
the shear rate at 170s -1 and the concentration of XP 9801 organic phosphate thickener
being 2.0%, the fracturing fluid would suitable for the temperature above 110℃. While the
fracturing fluid at 30~110℃, shearing 60 minutes with 170s -1 , its maximum viscosity is
324.4mPa·s. The filtration coefficient of oil base fracturing fluid is less than 5×10 -4 /min
1/2 at 110℃ and dicreased with the increasing of thickener concentration. The gel breaking
time can be controlled by adjusting the concentration of gel breaker. While the gel breaker
concentration being 22%~35%, the systems gel breaking time is 6~12h, its viscosity will
reduce to the same as original solution. The research shows that XP 9801 oil base fracturing
fluid prossess the feature of being suitable for wide range of temperature and stable property. It
can be applied to low permeability and high temperature reservoir.
