摘要
介绍了应用本文前两部分描述的故障诊断方法与实现的软件于浙江电力系统时，EMS信息的获取方法以及模拟在线故障诊断的测试结果。
The EMS data acquisition method and simulated on-line test results for Zhejiang Provincial Power System are described in this part with the applications of the developed on-line fault diagnosis software as introduced in the first 2 parts of this 3-part paper.
