摘要
冬季洮河上游流域冰情运动特征及对流域水电站冬季水库运行及发电运行的影响是该流域水电站工程实施时需要考虑的重要问题。由于水库的建设往往使库区水流呈静态,库区结冰雍冰使水库及周边道路、田地、草场及居民设施处于严重破坏状态,冬季水库运行方案是电站规划与工程可行性论证研究的重要内容。利用多年洮河流域上冰情实测及调查数据,采用电热法以洮河大庄水电站为例研究了单个电站冬季水库排冰措施,提出了水库运行及枢纽排冰方案。在弧门前设置加热装置,保证弧门在冬季能够正常启闭;制作加热拦污栅供冬季使用。
It is important to consider the ice features of the Taohe River in winter,and the impact on the basin's hydropower reservoir operation and power generation during the project implementation.As the construction of reservoir makes the reservoir area static,frozen reservoir and the surrounding ice over the roads,fields,pastures,even makes the residents facilities damaged seriously.It is one of the important contents about the reservoir operation in winter.This paper uses ice conditions and investigation of the measured data to study the program of ice-removing with Dazhuang Hydropower Station as an example.The electric heating method is used to discuss the effect and a proposal is made concerning ice-removing,the reservoir operation and power generation.The heating device is set up in front of the arc door to ensure the normal opening and closing of the arc door in winter.
