摘要
为了得到良好的板型,现代铝轧机中已广泛的应用了过程自动化系统,而工艺设定计算模型又是过程自动化系统的核心组成部分。本文详细阐述了工艺设定计算模型的原理和计算过程,并描述了其在铝热粗轧机上的具体应用。
In order to obtain better profile, the process automation system has been used on the modern aluminum rolling mill widely. And the process setup calculation model is the core component of the process automation system. So this article introduces the process setup calculation model principle and computational process in detail, and describes the application on the hot roughing mill concretely.
