任何设备在发生故障之前,都有其前期表象,即为先兆。近年来,随着液压设备的应用越来越广泛,保证液压设备的正常工作就显得尤为重要,因此对液压设备故障的诊断与排除就引起大家的普遍关注。本文列举了液压设备的几种常见的故障先兆,并分别阐述了其产生原因及故障的排除方法,如对噪声和振动的诊断与排除、系统温度高的诊断与排除以及系统存在泄漏的诊断与排除等,希望将故障消灭在萌芽中,使液压设备更好地为经济生产服务。
