摘要
为改善汽车的平顺性和噪声传递,车用动力总成的安装已越来越多地采用液压悬置结构。本文首先从原理上介绍液压悬置的动力学特性,并着重分析三种惯性通道—解耦膜式液压悬置元件的构造和特点,最后给出这三种元件的动特性试验结果。
Various hydraulic mounts are being adopted for automotive powertrain mounting to improve ride quality and noise transferring.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic mount is introduced in principle firstly,the structure and features of three types of hydraulic mounts with inertia track and uncoupling membrane are then analysed particularly,and finally the test results of the dynamic behavior of the three mounts are presented.
