摘要
目的调查军医大学生学习动机强度与其学习态度、学习成绩、学习成绩期望值的关系。方法应用大学生学习动机简易评定量表和自制量表,比较某军医大学学员不同学习动机强度和学习态度、成绩及其期望值之间的关系。结果学习动机强度不同的学员,学习态度、学习成绩的整体状况、对学习成绩的期望值不同(χ2=131.218,61.639和159.695,P<0.001)。结论军医大学生学习动机和学习态度、学习成绩、学习成绩期望值之间呈正比关系,学习动机有加强学习的作用。
Objective To research relationships between study motive intensities of military medical university undergraduates and their study attitudes,marks and mark expectations.Methods Using Working Motivation Simple Inventory and homemade questionnaires,Relationships between study attitudes,marks mark expectations of the undergraduates and study motive intensities were measured and compared.Results Study attitudes,marks and mark expectations of undergraduates were different(χ2=131.218,61.639 and 159.695,P0.001)in study motive intensities.Conclusion The relationships between study motive intensities of military medical university undergraduates and their study attitudes,marks and mark expectations are in direct proportions.
