摘要
１９８９年原电力部决定开展安全文明生产达标工作，华东网局根据部的统一部署召开了一系列会议、制订一系列《实施细则》、《考核标准》，并在管辖范围内积极推行。通过９年的实践，由于各级领导重视，依靠广大职工做了大量工作，从而使安全水平不断提高，设备状况逐年转优，经济指标稳步改善，文明生产蔚然成风。
The former Ministry of Electric Power of China decided to launch reaching standards of safe and disciplined production in 1989.ECPN held a series of meetings and drew up a series of detailed rules and check up criterions to spread within the juridiction.9 years of practices show that safty level is increasing, equipment situation is turning to fine,economical targets are improving.
