摘要
综述了暂态稳定性分析与控制的智能方法和相量测量技术的研究现状,并提出了一种基于相量测量和智能技术的失稳预测与控制方案。
After the review of the intelligent method for transient stability analysis and control and the use of synchronized phasor measurement,a scheme based on phasor measurement and AI method for transient stability prediction and control was presented.
