摘要
针对综采工作面成套设备选型及配套多样性与复杂性的特点,提出了一种基于计算机辅助设计的成套设备总体选型设计思路。整个系统主要由总体计算模块、参数化模型配套模块、系统选型及数据库应用模块3个部分组成。根据不同模块特点采用不同软件工具进行开发,结合各自工具优势,共同构成一个完整的设计系统。根据煤层赋存条件与用户实际需求,可以方便实现综采成套设备的总体选型设计。
According to the completed set equipment selection as well as the matching variety and the complexity features of the fully mechanized coal mining face,the paper provided the general selection design conception of the completed set equipment based on the computer aided design(CAD).The whole system would be mainly consisted of the three components,as the general calculation module,the parameterized model matched module and the applied module of the system selection as well as database.According to the different module features,the different software tools were applied to the development.In combination with the advantages of each tool,a completed design system was jointly formed.According to the seam deposit conditions and the client actual requirements,the general selection design of the completed set equipment for the fully mechanized coal mining could be easily conducted.
